Yes — both are made for all skin types and gentle enough for everyday use. As with any new product, we suggest a small patch test first.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available in Islamabad and Rawalpindi only. You pay when your order arrives. Delivery is free on every order.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We currently deliver only in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days, and we confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Should I buy singles or the Duo?
The Glow Duo is the best value and the complete routine (cleanse + hydrate) Singles are perfect if you only need one.
Can I use just one of the two products?
Yes — each stands on its own. The Facewash cleanses without a moisturizer, and the Moisturizer works over any cleanser you're already using.
Should I do a patch test first?
We recommend it for any new skincare product. Apply a small amount to your inner forearm, wait 24 hours, and check for irritation before using it on your face.
How long does one bottle or jar last?
With daily morning-and-night use, the 120ml Facewash lasts roughly 2 months and the 55g Moisturizer roughly 6–8 weeks for most people.
Is this safe to use during pregnancy?
We're not able to give medical advice. Please check the full ingredient list with your doctor, the same way you would for any skincare product.
How should I store the products?
Keep both in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and make sure the cap is closed tightly after each use. Use within 12 months of opening. For external use only.
